A piece of major news has emerged regarding Pappu Yadav, the Member of Parliament from Purnea, Bihar. The MP has been transferred from Patna Medical College Hospital (PMCH) to Beur Jail. Pappu Yadav was brought out of PMCH on a stretcher, after which Patna Police took him to Beur Jail.
During his appearance in the MP/MLA court on February 7, the case was heard, but the court ordered him to be kept in judicial custody at PMCH until February 9. The court also stated that the next hearing regarding bail would be held on February 9 and at the same time the arguments of both sides would be heard.
Following this court order, Patna Police have now taken him to Beur Jail even before February 9. Pappu Yadav was seen lying on a stretcher while being taken to jail. Police and his supporters were also present. Pappu Yadav is scheduled to appear in the Patna MP/MLA court on February 9. His bail application will be filed during this hearing.
