It is a holiday at the construction of the Batak hydro-electric system. On the eve of the 9th of September which is a national holiday, the miners of the brigade of Ivan Andreev and Spas detchev pierced the four-kilometers tunnel between the third and fourth window. The day is not far when the water will fill the big Batak lake, when power plants will generate electricity, when the waters of the whole hydro-electric system will quench the thirsty of the Pazardjik and Plovdiv plains.
