ವಿಶೇಷ ಬೇಲದ ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಪಾನಕ | Belada Hannu Juice | Wood Apple Juice

For Ramanavami, Kosambari along with Belada Hannu Panaka and Masala Majjige is a must.

Ingredients:

Wood Apple - 1 (Belada Hannu)
Powdered Jaggery - 1 Cup
Salt - 2-3 pinches
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper - 8-10 (Crushed)

Method:

1. The outer portion of the Wood Apple is hard, so you need to break the fruit with the help of stone.

2. Open to get the fruit pulp. Remove the pulp with the help of a spoon. Separate the pulp with the help of your hand.

3. Add little water at a time and squeeze well with the help of your hand. I have used 1 and 1/2 to 2 liters of water for this Juice.

4. Filter the water to another bowl with the help of a strainer. Also, transfer the seeds and fiber to the same bowl and add water and squeeze the pulp once again. Repeat the steps 2-3 times and squeeze and remove the pulp completely.

5. Add 1 Cup powdered Jaggery. Now add 2-3 pinches of Salt and mix well.

6. Add extra water and mix well. Filter again with a small holed strainer.

7. In the same way, filter the Juice completely.

8. Add 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder and 8-10 crushed Black Pepper.

9. Mix well with the help of a ladle.
