As a Barchester Care Home General Manager you will have the autonomy to run the home as your own, using your skills to make a real difference to our residents, their families and our staff.
Our residents and their families expect great services, so you will be expected to provide hands-on support and strong leadership to a team who care passionately about the residents in your care. You will do this by inspiring a culture of continuous professional improvement and robust two-way communication to ensure that residents’ care and social needs are met in a person-centred way.
You will also engage with your regional and divisional directors to oversee all the financial and clinical needs of the home.
