HOW TO fix a Gliderol motor that’s not working, just beeping or not staying closed properly. LIMITS

Is your Gliderol / Glidermatic GTS 2000 opener or remote transmitter not working or just beeping at you ? This may just be a case of resetting the door travel limit settings and you’re all fixed.

You may have a slightly newer model Glidermatic motor however the procedure is the same, the limit learn button just maybe in a different spot and be called limit instead of learn and you may have a separate up and down button on the opposite side of the control board. (will get a video out on this model when I can)

PLEASE ensure door is locked into the chain (automatic mode) before setting limits as this will prevent the chain index from getting jammed around the drive sprocket.
