Now I’m beginning something new.

For the next 100 days, I’m creating 100 “Good Morning Love” videos — short, heartfelt reflections about life, growth, joy, loneliness, courage, and what it means to keep showing up after 60.

This series is inspired by my daily Facebook messages called Good Morning Love — simple, real-life reflections that people have told me feel like companionship.

I once found that companionship watching Appalachian Trail thru-hikers at breakfast.

Now I want to offer that same steady presence to you.

Not perfection.

Not polished mountain-top moments.

Just life. As it is.

Some days joyful.

Some days messy.

All days honest.
