" Ultrasonic Sensor Testing Project with Arduino in Tamil | Ultrasonic Sensor Project in Tamil

The ultrasonic sensor is a widely used device for distance measurement. This project demonstrates how to interface an ultrasonic sensor (HC-SR04) with an Arduino UNO and display the measured distance in the Serial Monitor.

To interface the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor with an Arduino UNO.To measure the distance of objects using sound waves.To display the measured distance on the Serial Monitor.

The HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor emits ultrasonic waves at 40 kHz through its transmitter. When these waves hit an object, they reflect back to the receiver. The sensor calculates the time taken for the echo to return and uses this to determine the distance to the object.
The formula for calculating distance is:
Distance (cm)= (Time (microseconds)×Speed of Sound (343 m/s))/2x10000

The Arduino UNO successfully interfaces with the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor. The measured distance is displayed on the Serial Monitor, confirming the sensor's functionality.

This project demonstrates how to interface and test an ultrasonic sensor using Arduino. The successful measurement of distances highlights the effectiveness of the HC-SR04 sensor in detecting objects.
