Belts needed, Gilson Industrial Vbelt V-Belt 6163 3/8" x 37" and Gilson Industrial Vbelt V-Belt 1110 1/2" x 35".

Replaced the belts, spark plug, air-filter, carb base gasket, both pickup tubes on the carb and threw it all back together.
