Описание: A complete ab workout! Join me for this 10 min abs workout with no equipment needed.

This routine starts with more basic exercises to warm up the core then progresses into more targeted exercises for lower abs, upper abs & side abs. We then continue with plank variations, including leg lifts in plank, and mountain climbers to increase our overall core strength and finish off with some exercises for the back muscles.

Then we repeat the supine ab work to break a sweat and get a good burn to finish the workout.
