In May 2019 I walked the Bergslagsleden from north to south. It was a great time to be in and with nature.
The nature that needs our protection.
The Bergslagsleden is Sweden's longest flat long-distance hiking trail with a length of approx. 280 kilometres.
It is a marked premium long-distance hiking trail. Along its way you can always find shelters. With the help of information boards, ruins and old paths, you can learn a lot about the history and people who lived and worked in the past in the middle of nature.
Buying of food is nearly impossible on the whole route without big detours.
