I would thank Constantinos and Anastasia 😍, our friends from Cyprus 🇨🇾 for this saganaki recipe, and you should know that "saganaki" mean any starter, cooked on a small pan. Constantinos advised it to be served with dried figs, warm honey and sesame seeds! And, of course, don't forget a glass of chilled white wine! 🥳
