Stanford CS106A 'Code in Place' // Final Project – Detecting pneumonia

Описание: This is my final project for the 'Code in Place' course ran by Stanford University during COVID-19 pandemic in the spring 2020.

The program:

1. Locates and highlights lung inflammation areas in a CT scan.
2. Counts the number of cases and identifies which lung is
affected: left, right or both.
3. Calculates inflammation demotions, diameter, and area when
a user points at the located areas with cursor.

DISCLAMER:

This project is not meant for accurate diagnostics. Its only purpose it to showcase how students apply in practice the knowledge they've acquired during the course.
