In few European countries is the proportion of women in science as low as in Italy: only a third of those doing research are women. The goal of the "Women in Science" communication campaign is to encourage girls and young women not only to pursue university studies but also to consciously choose a career path in scientific research, whether at university or other research institutions.
So, if you are one of the many girls who, since childhood, have dreamed of discovering new things and solving urgent problems, don't abandon your chosen path. Follow your ambitions, as these 10 female researchers from unibz have done.
