Описание: Safe motherhood means ensuring all women receive the care they need to be safe and healthy throughout pregnancy and childbirth. Motherhood should be a time of expectation and joy for a woman, her family, and the community. The theme of this year’s celebrations of Safe Motherhood Day is 'To save mother and baby's life, go to health center' (মা ও শিশুর জীবন বাঁচাতে, স্বাস্থ্য কেন্দ্রে হবে যেতে). WHO & OGSB recommends at least 4 antenatal visits to ensure safe pregnancy and delivery of a healthy baby and to reduce mortality & morbidity.
