3 cloves chopped garlic
1 medium sliced onion
1 1/2 cups sliced botton mushroom
1 1/2 tbs flour
1 1/2 cups beef stock or water
1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp.sugar
1/4 tsp ground oregano
1/3 cup thickened cream
chopped spring onions to garnish
