occupancy or excision documents. The
environment is currently populated by
high end residential estates, industries
and hotels. Presently price ranges from

2. EPE
Price of land in Epe has continued on
a steady rise in recent time largely because of the influx of new mega projects into the community, coupled
with the influence of the Lekki free
zone.
Also, Epe is strategically located and it connects and creates a quicker
out-road for the fast developing
production zones of LFTZ, to the rest of Nigeria.
Although most of the land in Epe are under freehold, making dealings on
them a little knotty, nevertheless, those

3. ORIGANRIGAN
Located on the outskirt of the free trade

4. OSHOROKO
Also located in Ibeju Lekki close to Origanrigan, just outside the boundary
of the LFTZ, and less than 5 minutes drive to the Dangote refinery, Oshoroko
is another location that smart investors
are buying up. Most of the land here
is also covered by a global C of O and
backed by the governor's consent.
Titled plots started out here for less
than 2m a couple of years ago, but now
goes for 7m and above. There is also
strong speculations that price in the
corridor will continue to rise due to high demand.
