In 2023, the Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) Malaysia Energy Literacy Program (MELP) collaborated with UNITEN, UKM, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), and TNB experts to develop an energy literacy elective module for higher learning institutions. MELP is a national-level program under the Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA).
