------------------ Ingredients - Tamarind Sauce ------------------
0.5 cup - Water
25g (~4 tbsp) - Desiccated Coconut (powdered)
2 tbsp - Tamarind Pulp
0.5 cup - Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp - Cumin Seed Powder
2 tsp - Coriander Seed Powder
1 tsp - Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder (not spicy)
------------------ Ingredients - Marination ------------------
1 kg - Chicken (any pieces)
⅛ tsp - Turmeric Powder
2 tsp - Lemon Juice
1 tsp - Salt
------------------ Ingredients - Other ------------------
1 Onion (finely chopped)
3 to 4 tbsp - Oil (as required)
0.5 tsp - Cumin Seeds
2 tsp - Ginger Paste
1 tbsp - Garlic Paste
8 to 10 Curry Leaves (optional)
3 to 4 tbsp - Green Coriander (chopped)
3 Green Chillies (chopped)
0.5 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp - Dried Fenugreek Leaves
0.5 tsp - Salt
Baby Tomatoes (to garnish)
Whole Green Chillies (to garnish)
