Damaged PROOF Coins from The Royal Mint - This is NOT Acceptable Quality Control and it must CHANGE!

I received a very badly damaged PROOF coin from The Royal Mint. Proof Coins are meant to be perfect, or as close to perfect as they can be. For a piece of silver worth about £5 to pay £67.50 for it you expect it to be in good condition - but sadly, too many times The Royal Mint lets us down when it comes to quality control.

I have made this video not to get special treatment but to address the issue head on and get The Royal Mint to notice that we as collectors will not stand for this kind of quality on our coins. It is unfathomable how something this badly damaged could pass the quality control process and be sent out to a customer.

Sadly this coin will end up being sent out to someone else (most likely) and will forever be a blight on this series.
