For generations, government has expanded far beyond its legitimate role, slowly replacing freedom with systems of permission and bureaucracy. The Constitution Party platform offers a different path — one rooted in constitutional limits, personal responsibility, and simple government that serves the people instead of managing them.

As a candidate for Governor of Wyoming in 2026, Joseph believes the Cowboy State can lead the nation by returning government to its rightful purpose: securing the rights of the people and respecting the authority of the Constitution.
