I'm not here to talk about education today, but I am here to talk about a very positive home rental experience I've just had with Colorado Realty and Property Management, Inc, and leasing agent Mario Benavidez. Folks, the whole process was very simple. I know sometimes, home renting can be a pretty daunting experience. I can tell you this wasn't the case with Colorado Realty and Property Management. We were left alone for the viewing. It was a simple item, such as, getting a code for a lockbox, entering the home, and being able to view and discuss this property, without a leasing agent hovering over you, asking questions, and perhaps making you feel a bit uncomfortable. The next step was to complete an application, an online application, very easy to do. We also had to upload a few documents - drivers licenses, pay stubs, proof of employment, anything most leasing companies would expect you to have. So its simply upload them. Upon learning of our approval to become the new tenants of the property, it was made very clear that Mario Benavidez, yes was he happy that a property had been leased - certainly. Their goal is to do such. But I could tell, right from the beginning, that Mario Benavidez was happy for us. That was really important to me. He was happy we had found a very nice place in Colorado Springs and would be its new tenants. So I want to thank Colorado Realty and Property Management, Inc, and agent Mario Benavidez. Thank you for the simplicity of the process of renting a home, and thank you for taking an interest in us, the tenants. I could tell Mario, that through your emails, telephone conversations and texts, that there was a joy for us to become your new tenant.
