Today, after spending many hours searching for property in Hua Hin, the estate agent suggested that after seeing the last property, we should go to a coffee shop that she knows.
Well you know me and Coffee and by this time I was desperate for a nice Latte she took us to Labaris , well I was expecting a coffee shop, not a beautiful-style mansion that had obversely had so much money spent on the building and the decor. I must say I have never seen anything like this before and then I was told about the Villa Complex and that they have Villa rooms to rent.
Well, I could not believe it and was luckily introduced to the owner and it turns out that the Villa Complex is up for sale, but not only that the Beautiful Cafe which is more like a restaurant is included in the price. I asked if I could have a look around one of the Villa rooms and the communal areas and he agreed. And that is it, I was amazed at the landscaping and the attention to detail around the Villa, grounds, and Coffee shop / Cafe. See below for the details of this property I was also amazed at the cheap Monthly rate that they charge which includes, water electricity, and is breakfast really included? I am not sure about the monthly.
