DESCRIPTION:
Tofu bhurji or indian style scrambled tofu is what i make for a quick brunch or as a side dish. this tofu bhurji is veganized recipe of paneer bhurji.
INGREDIENTS:
Oil 1 tbs
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Onions(chopped) ½ cup
Green chillies(chopped) ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Tomatoes(chopped) ½ cup
Tofu(chopped) ½ cup
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Salt To taste
Coriander leaves(chopped) ½ tbs
Spring onions(chopped) ½ tbs
Lime juice 1 tbs
METHOD:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions and saute it, later add green chillies, turmeric powder, tomatoes and cook it for 1-2 mins.
2. To it add tofu, coriander powder, salt and saute it.
3. Atlast add coriander leaves, spring onions, lime juice and saute it, later switch off flame.
4. Now tofu bhurji is ready to serve.
