With varied treatments, one is not sure of what is the best options for it. DrSurindher explains why he has almost stopped doing fillers for Nasolabials.

Fillers are a temporary fix and add bulk to an already bulky face. The nasolabial folds are because of the effect of gravity in pulling the face down and given the fact that our Indian Subcontinent faces are heavier, the sag is even more evident but there aren't any wrinkles like in the caucasian faces.

So lifting the skin into the right place along with the malar pad of fat will make the face "triangular" again and give a more youthful appearance.

If you want a quickfix then yes fillers can help in effacing the folds, but they do not help correct the problem. If one has the time then better to go in for a Suspended thread lift which is minimally invasive with minimal downtime instead of a MACS lift or a face lift to correct the problem.

So, talk to you plastic surgeons about what would be the best option for it and go to someone who can do do either of these so you have a better chance of getting the best option for you rather than go to someone who only does a surgical or a non surgical procedure and try to push that on you.
