International Women's Day: A Perspective On

Описание: This year’s theme for International Women’s Day is #ChoosetoChallenge. It invites each of us to evaluate our beliefs, values, thoughts and behaviours to challenge them in order to create a more equitable working environment. We need to more deeply examine the concept of privilege - meaning the absence of barriers. We also need to examine and challenge some of the thoughts we hold towards each other.
