This is my attempt at an eBay snorkel installation on my 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser from start to finish. This should apply to all 100 series US models from 1998-2007 including Lexus LX470’s.
If I could go back and redo one thing it would be to coat the bare metal (created after making our cuts) with paint to prevent any potential future rust.
*ALSO! Before installing the upper pillar bracket be sure to apply a small amount of silicone to the holes BEFORE installing your rivets!*
The install was pretty straight forward and can be done with some pretty simple tools purchased at your local hardware store. Thanks for watching!
