I continued building my log cabin alone in the woods, with no experience and only hand tools. This time, I focused on building the roof, improving the structure, and turning it into a proper shelter.
Progress was slow, and working with yew and granite made things far more difficult than expected. There were setbacks, mistakes, and moments of doubt, but also real progress.
The goal is simple: create a shelter strong enough to survive a full night alone in the wild.
Next weekend, I’ll be returning with only a military ration pack to test whether this cabin can truly protect me.
