Описание: Any lump in male patients is not at all safe. What happens in men is that any enlargement in breast itself is considered a lump but it is not so. It is excessive increase in size of the lobules, then it is gynecomastia, but if there is a simple globular lump in the breast in men, then it has to be evaluated because they get detected at a very early stage because men have a very flat breast . So because of that, any smallest lump, less than a centimeter can be detected clinically. so it is better to get to evaluated, do an FNAC, ultrasound, if required remove the lump and get it tested. So it is not safe to have lump in men.
