"Rydia's Love" FF4 Orchestral Remix

Rydia is my favourite character in the Final Fantasy series (or really any any RPG) in terms of archetype, mystical development, battle abilities and visual design. She's one of the one's I've always looked up to and related to as I got older (along with Terra, Aeris and Dagger) and her theme song (originally composed by Nobuo Uematsu) is one of the most beautiful tracks in the game, although short and simple compared with some of the other songs in FF4. In this orchestral arrangement, which I called "Rydia's Love" I complexified it and attempted to further develop some of its more lilting and ethereal qualities while remaining true to the original sweet and tender aesthetic. There's something of a Celtic influence on this cover, I think. That might simply be due to the fact that I've been listening to a lot of Eimear Noone's Celtic Zelda arrangements, hehe! That being said, there has always been a slightly Irish flavour to it. I hope you will enjoy drinking tea to my remix of Rydia's Theme. ^_^

The art I used is actually a collage I made out of two very similar Rydia fan arts! I simply couldn't choose which one of them was more spectacularly gorgeous (they are like the sun and moon versions of Rydia) so I layered them both to try to make the "platonic" Rydia.
