In July of 2025, I wrote the lyrics to this song as a therapeutic way to cope with all the darkness happening politically in this country. I am a Canadian legally living, residing and working in the United States. Using AI, I composed this music to go with the lyrics I wrote as a personal project. I decided to sit on the song for a while and only shared it with a few people. After recent events, I felt it was time to release the song and created this video (using AI) to tell the story behind the lyrics of the song. ♥ I hope this song brings comfort and inspiration to other immigrants feeling the same way I do.
