Hi friends,
This video is about a delicious traditional food in Sri Lanka called ‘Imbul kiribath’. This would be an absolute delicacy for a sweet tooth. This is popular since ancient times. Villagers used to prepare this for special auspicious occasions such as paddy cultivation ceremonies since past.
Also imbul kiribath is made for breakfast.
This dish is called as imbul kiribath because it has the shape of the fruit called imbul.
This is made with milk rice and caramelized coconut.
On one morning I thought of making imbul kiribath beside a beautiful stream to bring it to you guys. And it tasted so lovely with a cup of fresh ceylon tea.
