Let’s start with Signature Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. It comes with three big pieces of Charshu. The soup is flavorful as it uses the black garlic as ingredient, something different than the usual tonkotsu ramen. Their ramen is handmade and comes with springy texture! 💯

Their top seller is Braised Beef served in beef broth ramen. The braised beef is cooked to perfection, texture is soft and tender while the soup comes with hints of Chinese herbs taste which is pretty enjoyable.❤️

Next, the ramen in Special Jigoku spicy broth soup served with charshu and cheese. The soup is pretty light in taste and it comes with hints of spiciness with the flavor from the cheese. The combination flavor works as this is my first time having ramen with cheese.🔥

I also tried their Salmon Don, the Japanese Pan Fried Salmon comes with generous amount of creamy mentaiko sauce, with edamame and omelette!😍

The Chicken in Signature Mala Sauce is tasty, chicken is tender while the mala sauce is spicy!🔥

The meat dumplings also comes with spicy sauce and they are delightful. Each bites are filled with juicy pork filling with the spicy sauce that will enticed you.

Lastly, I ordered their secret menu which is the Blue Ramen. The blue color is made from spirulina, it has a very subtle taste soup base and the combination is very enjoyable.
