People travelling across snow, ice (or I suppose anywhere) need foods for during the working day that are nutritious, dense in energy, and easy to eat. Some foods, especially chocolate or those with moisture content, can be dangerous to try and eat when deep frozen, common on Arctic or Antarctic journeys. So, I've embarked on a mission to create a truly gooey expedition flapjack.
