We took to the skies on April 8, 2024 for the solar eclipse in he path of totality over Richmond, IN. It's the one time we really wish we captured flight audio due to the good-natured of chatter over the radios.
This was a fun event, and one the footage doesn't do justice.
The GoPro Hero 11s are great at a lot of things, unfortunately catching the solar eclipse wasn't one of them. In the video it looks more like a distant twinkling star than the moon in front of the sun.
