St Merryn Church is the parish church for the North Cornwall village of St Merryn, near the town of Padstow.
The church dates from between the 13th and 15th centuries with the north transept being built in the 13th century and much of the rest of the church from the 1420's. The wagon roof seen today was built in 1422. This was done as part of the St Merryn Church's 15th century expansion. The church is Grade II listed, and has been since 6th June 1969. The church is a very blocky tower, which is very unusual.
The parish in which St Merryn Church serves is popular with tourists and contains a number of well known beaches such as Harlyn Bay, Constantine Bay and Treyarnon Bay. It also contains a small section of Porthcothan Bay. The parish is bordered by the parish of Padstow, St Ervan, and St Eval.
Within the parish, there was once a chapel at Constantine, near a holy well. This chapel, however, is now derelict and the ruins of it can be seen on a golf course.
