lake solano kayaking with budget kayaks!

Описание: With our son getting older and able to go longer without us, my wife and I finally got back into kayaking after 4 years. We decided to get some budget kayaks, since we still don't have the time to fully invest into the sport.

My wife decided on the Pelican sit-in Kayak from COSTCO. We picked it up for about $224 + tax. There is some flex to the body, and before we got it in the water, I had my doubts about it, but after this shakedown run, I was really impressed. For 224 bucks, it is a great sled.

The budget kayak I decided to go with was a Perception Access Sit on top 9.5. This kayak was not very fast, but very stable for its size, and had plenty of room. The seat was more comfortable than I thought it would be.

I will do a review on these kayaks later on this week, hopefully before we go on our 4th of July camping trip.
