Wahoo KICKR SNAP Review
With the horrible weather in the UK, we recently got our hands on the Wahoo KICKR SNAP and set it up for a ride. Check out our video to see what we thought.

SNAP Smart Training
The KICKR SNAP is a smart trainer meaning it can control the resistance you feel when you pedal via virtual apps like Wahoo and Zwift to offer a more real-world riding experience. The SNAP will also allow you to connect to ANT+ or Bluetooth devices such as your phone, tablet or GPS bike computer.

Quiet Flywheel
The KICKR SNAP features a 4.7kg flywheel which provides riders with a smooth and consistent pedal feel, to help recreate an outdoor ride feel while training on a wheel-on bike trainer. The Flywheel was also designed specifically to provide a quiet riding experience.

Easy Set Up
The wheel-on design of KICKR SNAP makes it really easy to set up and turn your bike into an indoor bike. You can be set up and riding within minutes and the trainer legs can easily be folded to allow the trainer to be stored away without taking up too much space. Controlled Resistance
The SNAP uses electromagnetic resistance which, when connected to your smartphone, tablet, computer or GPS bike computer automatically sets your resistance to make the ride feel more realistic. The resistance allows for a maximum power output of 1500W, so sprinting is an option when doing intervals or even racing on Zwift.

Compatibility
The SNAP is compatible with 130/135mm quick release bikes and is provided with the specific quick release skewer. However, if your bike is disc brake or 12x142 you will require the specific thru axle adapter which will need to be purchased separately as they are not provided with the trainer.

Disc Brake Clearance
The wide design of the KICKR SNAP trainer ensures enough clearance for disc brake equipped bikes. This will allow riders with hybrid and even mountain bikes (with the correct tyres fitted) to use the SNAP trainer to improve fitness or train for events.

Eco System Compatible
KICKR SNAP is compatible with KICKR Bike Trainer Accessories, such as the KICKR CLIMB and KICKR HEADWIND Smart Fan, allowing you to build the ideal setup for your indoor training needs.

The Wahoo KICKR SNAP is a very convenient and budget friendly way of riding indoors whether you are training for specific events or improving your fitness.
