Happiness is an abstract concept, however, it is an eternal desire of all living beings. Some might seek happiness in sensual pleasures, while others might search it within the serenity of nature. Some might yearn it through wealth and power, while others might seek it in family and friends. Some believe that it is attained through a life of freedom while others confine it within the rules of a doctrine. Some explore it through philosophical perceptions yet others search it in the streams of entertainment. Whether a person is Theist or Atheist, ultimately all beings are seeker of Happiness. However, most leave this world with failed attempts to experience it in its entirety.

Sadguru Gyananand Swami is an exception in this case. These words written by him in the form of a musical composition reflects his Greatest Attainment in the form of Ghanshyam (Bhagwan Swaminarayan). He is not seeking happiness anymore as he has found it in its entirety; he has indeed experienced the source of happiness in the refuge of Bhagwan Swaminarayan. Swami states that one only experiences true happiness in the company of the manifest form of Divine. It is good to learn and preach about the Divine however, until one associates with the manifest Divinity, there is no end to this search of happiness. Happiness is indeed an derivation from the Divine and it could only be experienced in its present association. S. Gyananand Swami's words are of affirmation that true happiness is indeed attainable and unbelievably feasible through the absolute association with the manifest God.

This beautiful Raag Yaman bandish composed and sung by Smt. Yashaswi Sirpotdar reflects such priceless sermons of wisdom articulated by Sadguru Gyananand Swami. We are sincerely Thankful to Smt. Yashaswiji for giving her invaluable contribution to this project and providing absolute justice to these divine words of Bhagwan Swaminarayan's Paramhansas.
