In a fit of pure desperation, the Oconian Navy sent a couple of Super Hornets and Corsair IIs on a suicide mission, to firebomb the city and rain lead on the zombie horde. The fighters were commanded to stay below a ridiculous altitude of 500 feet, which caused approximately 6 fighters to meet their demise with crashing into the ground, or buildings.
Only 12 survived, one managed to eject just before crashing into a zombie-infested building, but he was eaten up alive by said zombies. Another fighter stayed behind and watched the chaos, and only dropped a few bombs, due to the fact that it was a stupid operation.
Many civilians attempted to flee the city, knowing there was no point of staying. This video tells the story of a brave civilian who successfully fled the city via car.
