There are levels to this. It's like a video game. That's how I think about business. So often, people come to me and I want to be at the black belt level. They want to do webinars and a certain sophisticated fashion where all these crazy things are happening all at once, and they never even sold
anything in their life. And so for that client, I always tell them that what is done is better than what is better. You just need to ship it, get it out the door, and then we'll make the optimizations along the way, and then we'll level up and forget webinars for a second. The real lesson here is that there are A levels to it. So if you start on the wrong levels you will be guaranteed to fail.
