WHAT IS THE CRIME OF MENACING IN COLORADO?

Menacing under Colorado 18.3.206 CRS is intentionally placing a person under fear of imminent serious bodily injury. Basically, menacing is threatening to assault someone. The actions that constitute menacing can be verbal or physical.
