CAA पर मोदी सरकार ने ले लिया है सबसे बड़ा फैसला...जी हां...केंद्र सरकार ने नागरिकता संशोधन अधिनियम (CAA) पर बड़ा फैसला किया है. भारत में कट-ऑफ तारीख को बढ़ाकर 31 दिसंबर 2024 कर दिया है. यह फैसला गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा लिया गया है, जिससे उन लोगों को राहत मिलेगी जो पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश और अफगानिस्तान से धार्मिक उत्पीड़न के कारण भारत आए हैं. अब भारतीय जनता पार्टी के सांसद डॉ. सुकांत मजूमदार ने इस फैसले की सराहना करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह और केंद्र सरकार का आभार जताया. बीजेपी सांसद मजूमदार ने इसे एक "ऐतिहासिक निर्णय" बताया. गृह मंत्रालय की तरफ से जारी किए गए एक आदेश में कहा कि हिंदू, सिख, बौद्ध, जैन, पारसी और ईसाई समुदायों के वे लोग, जो 31 दिसंबर 2024 तक भारत आए हैं, उन्हें पासपोर्ट या अन्य कागजात के बिना भी देश में रहने की इजाजत दी जाएगी. यह आदेश इमीग्रेशन एंड फॉरेनर्स एक्टर, 2025 के तहत जारी किया गया है. इसके तहत उन लोगों को राहत मिलेगी जो मान्य पासपोर्ट और वीजा के बिना भारत आए या फिर जिनके भी कागजातों की वैधता खत्म हो चुकी है.

This order has been issued under the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025. Under this, relief will be provided to those people who came to India without a valid passport and visa or whose documents have expired.
