He has talked about the risks of Europe becoming subordinated and de-industrialised all at once. Kaja Kallas has stated that Europe should demand concessions from Russia in terms of it’s military budget and even nuclear weapons. Donald Trump has stated that PM Modi has agreed to stop buying Russian oil and buy more from the US.
