On Monday October 9th, École d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule invited our cooking students, as well as theirs, to participate to a workshop with Chef Nak on 'Traditional Cambodian Recipes and the Discovery of Key Ingredients from Cambodian Cuisine'.
🇰🇭 Ros Rotanak (@chefnak) is Cambodia’s first female celebrity chef, passionate about preserving and developing Cambodian cuisine and increasing its global exposure.
🙏 It was wonderful for our students to experience words of wisdom and encouragement from such a wonderful chef. Thank you so much Chef Nak and École d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule.
