Описание: 90+ MPa Self-Compacting Concrete for Precast made with BASF Masterglenium. An early strength is 41,5 MPa (normal curing). 35 USD/m3 is material cost.

For our recent precast project, we designed a number of mixes using different raw materials and admixtures. This particular one is made with a regular BASF Masterglenium.

The combination of the Rheocore Design Algorithm and the BASF admixture allowed us to get high strength and low material cost.

1 day strength - 41,2 MPa (normal curing)
3 days strength - 73,4 MPa (normal curing)
The flow up to 850 mm

35 USD/m3 achieved due to a number of moments:
-380 kg of PC cement grade 400 (the cost here is 50 USD/ton);
-NO natural sand; Silica fume; Ash; GBS;
-used some stone wastes 0-10 mm.

We had a great experience working with the BASF product.
