Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was in Berlin today for his third meeting with the German Chancellor since Friedrich Merz took office this month. The message today: more support for Ukraine, and that Russia's refusal of peace talks will have real conseqences. Merz said nothing about sending German cruise missiles to Ukraine. But he gave a firm green light to financing Ukrainian-produced long-range weapons.
