Jeep liberty heater box control linkage control assembly

Описание: OK so I had this 2012 Jeep Liberty That was not blowing hot air out of the driver side I thought it was the blender doors were not working properly . it turned out that it was just a plugged heater core. But I Already removed the linkage so I had to figure out how to stuff went back together. And I’m going to do the best job I can to describe it to you the video along with this information should be pretty helpful . I know there’s not very many people out there is dumb as I am but hopefully there’s a few so this will help out!! Lol

On the upper part that controls your Vents, defrost and lower output vents, At the top of the heater box it Has two plastic white arms and one round black clocking Mechanism it also has two little black gears that have nipple sticking off of them Then the two white arms have notches in them that have to fit on the little black Gears that have nipples sticking out. The problem is you cannot put the upper most white arm on with the Black clocker In place so you must put them both on at the same time and then you are not able to see that your upper most white arm is set in the proper location so I thought with this information and the video you should be able to figure out how they go together I did not do a great job of showing you this but I think the video is helpful because it does show you how to figure it out and I could not think of an excellent way of describing it and showing it to you at the same time (to be honest with you it is just simply a pain in the butt

The bottom gears go together pretty simply if you just look at the pictures after it’s all assembled I’m certain that you can figure that one out pretty easily by yourself. And does not require a ton of explanation other then it goes together real tight but once it is together it does not fall apart. Make sure like I stated in the video that the big tooth mesh together in the proper location And it will be pretty simple. I did have a little bit of trouble making sure they were both clocked properly but that’s where the video comes in a helpful because you will know where to put them.
