Описание: I developed the dual plane technique for buttock augmentation a few years ago. The technique provides the benefit of a larger implant space, while allowing for more soft tissue support in the lower buttock. The implant is placed into the muscle on the lower buttock, and on top of the muscle in the upper buttock. It provides a natural appearing augmentation with less visibility of the implant and less animation.
