Pouring A 40' X 40' Garage with Heated Concrete Floor

We're pouring a heated concrete floor for this new 40' x 40' garage build.
The floor has 2" styrofoam with pex tubing installed and the concrete was 5" thick.
The pex tubing will be connected to a boiler that'll run hot water through the tubes and heat the concrete. We call this a radiant heated concrete floor. This type of heated floor is very common in Maine for both the house and garage floors.
Pouring the concrete over the pex tubes is very much like pouring a normal concrete floor. We are careful not to damage the pex, but it's pretty rugged stuff and you can walk on it without damaging it.
Most of the heating guys who install this around here like it closer to the bottom of the floor so it heats the entire slab and not just the top half.
