From the first moment that Eric and I met a few months ago, we've found a common passion for cracking how multi-agent teams are managed in the Enterprise. This is an emergent space, and there are no right or wrong answers at the moment, just opinions and good discussions.



Mr. Broda is the President of Broda Group Software, a boutique consulting firm that helps firms build enterprise-grade agents and the enterprise-grade ecosystems they run in. He writes extensively about agents on medium.com (http://medium.com/)  and is authoring his second O’Reilly book on the emerging agent ecosystem (Agentic Mesh), available in November 2025 (currently available in early release on the O’Reilly portal).
